Body shop for repair
I would suggest you go to a body shop for the outside repair. A reputable collision repair can do it and I found them to be much faster and less expensive than RV repair places.

Re: shades…check your shades for the manufacturer name on the latch piece. Mine is “Seitz”. Here is a source for parts based on a google search. Appears Dometic now makes or sells these....
