Thanks again Chuck - your expertise is unquestionable. I know it's really pushing the limitations of the system. Like I said, it doesn't usually get super-cold up there - it's only about 1000 ft....

I don't know about your year/model, but my 93 Ultra is very sparsely framed. There are inconsistently-spaced 1" aluminum(?) square tubular framing members throughout -- good luck finding them....

Did you check continuity across the circuit...
Did you check continuity across the circuit breakers? And/or do you see a manual reset on them?
Have you tried applying 12V (or 13.7V) to the center post?
Your voltage readings obviously point...

Interconnect switch?
Have you checked the interconnect switch? It goes between the house and chassis batteries. If on house mode, then everything DC should run off house batteries - and shore power will charge the house...
