HWH Leveling jacks will not retract

i have the same problem 2006 crescendo motor...

i have the same problem 2006 crescendo motor home class a. back jacks up ok driver side retract about 2" pass. side about 6-8 in. could use some help here. even just to get the jacks up? thanks

OK will check batteries connects. and jump start...

Update I charged the batteries i got elec. to the dash panel when I turn the key. The panel goes blank when turning key to start. Motor does not turn over. no response at all. I can use some help.
