That solved one problem but did nothing for it dropping a channel on one of the TV's. If you turn on TV to say ch 6 it will come on for a couple of seconds then drop the channel to snow.

TV's don't receive same channels
I know there has to be a logical answer to this but it escapes me. Our bedroom TV and Living room TV will not get the same channels from the bat wing air antenna. Why?

I think your plumber was using an out side flush connection to fill the black tank. With the tank drain closed he probably pressurized tthe tank enough to force water back up into the sinks....

To my knowledge they all tip out at the top when moving in and out. It sould seal up when fully in or out. If the gap does not seal when out then maybe the limiters are not set correctly....
