I have a drain tube in that area and it is the overfill tube for the fresh water tank. You must have the water tank filled all the way to the top.

The picture shows what seems to be a guide for the slide. The rubbing is normal, that is what guides do. It also seems to have an adjustment nut in case you need to adjust it one way or the other....

The squeal is probably the belts are lose. Maybe the tension has gotten lose and needs readjustment. I would say that the radiator does not have to be removed, but then again I have not seen a 1995...

On my Scenic Cruiser the circuit breaker for the slides and it also is the circuit breaker for the levelers is located on the passenger side rear compartment, next to the battery compartment.

Yes, that should be it. You turn it on while going down hill to save your brakes. Some are called exhaust brake, Pac brake, Jacob brake and Retarder brake.

The exhaust and Pac brakes are the same...
