We just purchased a 2013 Gulfstream Visa 19RBS. We are trying to get it ready for travel however the remote control for the entertainment system is missing.
We have the Touch Audio VD300WR. The owners manual explains the operation of the system but most is using the remote. I wondered if anyone has a remote that they no longer use or know about a compatible universal remote.
