Frank:

In the couple of MHs that I have owned, one changes the oil/fuel filters from beneath the coach. The air filters are changed from the side.
You may also have filters on the power steering system, and an air dryer filter on the air brakes. Oh, the fuel system typically has 2 filters.

I order all my filters through a local trucking company, but have used NAPA trucking as well for them.
