Are you emailing GulfStream or your dealer? When I sent an email to GulfStream, I got a response right away asking that I provide info including a photo. That's when I looked closer and realized I was in error about the 15 gallons. Anyway, I agree 15 gallons is cause for concern and hope you get it resolved.
