what size is your Inverter? if it provides 'whole house' inversion to most all of the outlets, it's likely you may not have a Converter, since the inverter may have an integrated battery charger, and there's no need for an additional 'device' - the 12v items simply draw thru the fuse panel from the house batteries, while the battery charger charges them.
That's how our Palazzo works.
