A water leak after a shower may be due to increased system pressure from expansion as the heater tank gets a lot of cold water up to temperature. There is a check valve in the system that allows the on-board pump to work when you are not on a park hook-up, and this may cause heat expansion related pressure buildups that make normally sound fitting joints leak. I had this issue in a travel trailer I had decades ago. Simple fix is to add an accumulator downstream from the pump. My fresh tank and pump were also under the bed, and that is where the leak was coming from. Here is what to add if not already present:
