It has to be a fuse if you do not have power to the prong on the plug. My Gulf Stream has all the DC fuses on a compartment under the drivers seat. I also have a schematic of all the fuses on the wall in the compartment telling you what each fuse is for. Also in that compartment is a white ground wire, check it to see if it has not come lose.
