No bother if it is 30 seconds. But it usually is not when you see the guy fishing around in his storage compartment for the green or black hose, then hunts for somewhere to hook it up. Then stands there for 5 minutes watching it flush. Then coils up the hose to put it back in storage. If 4 people in line do that, that adds 20 minutes to the wait time for #5 in line. One of the main rules of process improvement is that small delays add up when repeated.
But, hey, it's not like you are going to know how annoyed I am anyway. My wife and I will just have a private conversation while we wait about how rude some people are. Then when it's my turn it's like a pit stop at a race track, dump the tanks and go.
