I mentioned the add on fuses since many people overlook the panel inside the dash, forward of drivers area. There are many in-line fuses and breakers. The part I find interesting is you say leveling jacks. Typically there is a larger gauge wire going from the batteries to the level jack pump (large terminal for pump motor/solenoid). Attached to that is usually an in-line fuse (at the pump location) that provides power back to the control for the jacks. Do you have power on the pump motor solenoid (motor contactor)? The other things you mentioned appear to be physically located in the drivers area, thus reason I mentioned the panel usually accessed from panel on top of dash, in front of drivers area.
