My trimark deadbolt (little red) knob broke some time back. Didn't try to replace it because of the horror stories I heard. Well, time has passed & I decided to have a go at it. Went to the Ebay URL given & saw that the little lever is in the neighborhood of $14, far better than replacing the entire lock as reported by some dealers. But the need to define if I have a short handle or long handle required more research.... Where better to start than a google search for Trimark?
You need to know that Trimark is one-heck-of-a-good company. Our Sun Voyager uses their lock assembly with deadbolt, part number 030-1050. Complete CAD drawings are available on their site. Their Trimark Service & Replacement-parts division (

Ask for a tech specialist if you have questions about part, about old knob/lever removal, & new knob/lever replacement. My #81481 knob is on the way for under $2.00! I did NOT have to be a dealer.
