On a side note what model Conquest do you have? Also dealer should have instructed you on proper storage for the chair when towing after the first incident. You might want to look at your axles and spring hangers and make sure they are aligned, sounds like your trailer is riding rougher then it should be, look at the tires on both sides and see if the distance is the same on both sides.
