These things are a tad tricky to diagnose long distance, & I most likely won't be able to. Let me ask a few questions that could help.
* Does the left rear turn signal work?
* Does the right front turn signal work?
* Do you have a trailer or your toad lighting plug that you can insert into the trailering plug to see if right turn signal lamp works via that trailer plug?
There does not appear to be any fuses associated with the Gulf Stream wiring. That means that the turn signals are fused on Workhorse fuse blocks (I have no drawings). Those would be either under the dash or in the engine compartment.
Are you sure the new bulb is a good bulb?
