Bob I am not sure but it is located where the hitch is bolted onto the frame. It may have been pushed together tight enough but I though I would just take a plastic wire tie and go around both sides and pull tight . That way it can't come apart until the wire tie is cut.
You know it is an ongoing battle to keep everything working on one of these things. I am just glad I am able to do most of it myself. I don't think I could afford to own one if I had to take to the shop every time something happened.
