On our rear pusher 4 slide coach I must do the following to access the engine from inside:

1) Run both bedroom slides in the out position.

2) Remove the mattress from the bed and stand on it's side edge at the rear of the coach in front of the rear closet. Raise and support the aluminum frame for the mattress. (I made supports from wood for this purpose)

3) Remove the screws that are located at the foot of the frame that hold the cedar chest cross frame and seat in position. Remove the cedar chest liner that just sits in position.

4) Remove the screws that hold the covers over the engine and pull both covers up and there is the engine!!

That is the procedure that I had to figure out for myself, no help from dealer nor Gulf Stream, but in all honesty, I never asked either. It just looked self explanatory to me.
