I have towed both an '06 and now an '07 Jeep Wrangler. Great vehicles to tow because they are light and you can tow either a manual or automatic transmission. The drawback to the '07 is you have to pull a fuse or disconnect the battery to tow. It seems the Chrysler engineers forgot to put an off position on the switch on the new Jeeps so you have to tow in the ignition position that has all you dash lights radio, etc. on. A simple pull of a fuse makes all ok except you have to re set the digital clock when you put the fuse back in. Luckily, it does not erase anything else including your preset radio stations. The '06 has an off position so no fuse pulling required.

I pre wire a separate light that runs off the coach for the running and brake lights. There is plenty of extra room in most jeep tail light housings to add another light bulb.

I also use a Blue Ox tow bar and base plate. Used this setup on both Jeeps and they work well.
