Hi:
I tow a Rubicon, with absolutely no trouble. I'm sad to hear the 07's have to have a fuse pulled.
I saw a Lady towing a Honda, she said all she had to do was follow a start, move shifter from P to D to N in a certain manner, and bingo, all set to tow.
So, try this link, http://4wheeldrive.about.com/cs/towing4 ... 601a_2.htm

Or try Motor Home Magazine,
https://www.motorhomemagazine.com/dinghytowingguide/

Last, whatever you tow, please get and use an auxiliary brake for the toad. All states require one, at some level, and Canada requires one for any towed vehicle. It just makes things safer.
Safe travels
Rick
