2007 GS TM. BOTH mirrors have the 'lazy ear' syndrome. In 5 years, I've yet to find a good solution. Hadley, the company that makes them, has turned out to be impossible to contact, and replacement is really expensive. The design is flawed. Having only one anchor point causes it to be unstable. The best I can offer is cut some thick (as in 1/2") rubber strips, wrap them around the base, then using metal hose clamps, (like you would use for a radiator hose), outside and tighten as much as possible.
