We purchased a 2007 Gulf Stream Yellowstone Country Club motorhome this summer and it has an AirXcel Suburban IW60 on demand tankless gas heater. We just started a major remodel of our home and have just moved in full time. The tankless heater is nice as we don’t run out of hot water, however, like the previous post mentioned it does take a little over a minute to warm up. While this doesn’t seem to be that long, and most the time we don’t mind, where I really notice it is when we go to wash our hands in the middle of the night after using the restroom ... this minute seems to be an eternity to wait and the cold water definitely wakes you up.
