Default Re: Generator

their made to run while driving or you'll bake with no roof a/c running... However you can't run but one a/c on the generator or you'll blow a fuse. Make sure your a/c are always on off when starting the generator or it will pop a breaker. Soon as the lights on your microwave light up and are steady then you can turn on an a/c, remember only one a/c either the front one or the bedroom. Don't run your generator while your parked trying to take a nap with your a/c on. Long View RV, in CT. told me it was ok and about 4 am in the morning both my wife and I woke up to the Co2 alarm going off and had massive headaches. Needless to say if we didn't hav ethe Co2 alarm we'd be dead. There are two many wholes under a RV where Co2 can get into your coach. You need one of those long pipe that goes over the roof to run a generator when parked for long periods.
