Default Sway Control

I have a Reese hitch with single sway control bar on passenger side. I used it last summer on my 30' 5,100lb empty trailer. It is the same system that I used on my 23' 3,600lb empty trailer. I hated it. Reese sells sway control cams for $199. I'm going to try them first before switching to a 4 point friction sway control system. Last Friday I installed BF Goodrich LT275/65R18 10E ALL TERRAIN T/A KO2 10 ply tires for better traction and stiffer side wall. I'll find out how the system works after the snow melts and the campgrounds are open.
