Default Re: Scenic Cruiser Unknown Switch

I agree with Raychez. Mine is the same, under the upper cabinet, passenger side, just in front of the fridge. It turns on 110v electric to water heater, dnt' have to use propane. Oh....caution, I had some "stoppage" at times in my hot water system. Kind of a clunk type thing. I went to the hot water heater outside, and took out the ANODE, which is on the bottom of the water heater. It was all eaten up, hadn't been changed in a LONG time. When I took it out drained all the water out, and then reached up in, made my own flat tool from a saw blade, and worked all that calcium buildup (shunks of hard stuff) I "wraked" it all out...flushed it out....the put a new ANODE in.
the clunk I had before, was gone. Oh..I also went (while the bottom was open) to the outside shower, turns on hot water valve, and "blew" numerous times thru that hose. (easier to do that here, could actually use a air hose, but I have been known for being a blowhard anyways!) I actually pushed some of that crap out of the hot water lines, back down and out of the water heater. New Anode, cleaned out water tank..and the clunk stoppage was resolved. It was probably a chunk of that hard calcium deposit working into the line, toward the Water Manifold system, to the rear past the hot water heater.

just a thought....you know what they say about free advice, its worth what you pay for it!
