I had the same problem. It was a bad motor. I called the manufacturer and the were very helpful and I called on a Sun. You may want to try two things. First try to reset the controls. This is a step by step process of holding a couple of buttons on your panel. Your jack paperwork will walk you through it or the help line at the manufacturer will talk you through it. The other option is to reset the breaker which is located on the drivers side battery compartment on my 2010 Supernova. Hope this helps. Unfortunately for me, the motor was bad and nothing the manufacturer advised worked to get the jacks up. I had to cut the lines and bleed the fluid to manually retract them. It was a nightmare. Good luck.
