No tail lights
A similar problem happened to me on my 2002 Sun Voyager. But, I had tail lights and no brake lights. It turned out to be a corroded fuse. I actually had voltage to the lights, but it was insufficient for illumination. The fuses were located in a fuse panel in the engine compartment.
