The Ford V10 is a powerhouse but you are right making sure the chassis isn't marginal for the weight. On mine the weight information is on the inside of the cabinet door above the sofa.
Did you look on Gulfstream web sight?
My previous motorhome was marginal on it's chassis and you could tell with the poor handling on the road and the poor braking.
