Just curious if anyone has experience with the Ford 6.0l Power Stroke Diesel? This RV is new to me and only has 17000 miles. Anyway after having it out for the first time I noticed what I now know to be turbo farting when shifting gears and or letting for the throttle quickly. This happens more within the fist few miles of driving. It scared the heck out of me the first time but now I kind of expect it. Do I Have anything to be concerned with?
Here is a link to a you tube video that is the exact noise I am talking about.
Not my truck but just for a reference.

Thank you for reading

Don't know if this applies to your problem but I recently attended a service seminar on the Ford 6.0 Powerstroke and we were advised that turbo failures due to rusted vanes are not uncommon on seldom used vehicles such as dedicated plow trucks or RVs.
Ford is solving the problem on the next generation of Powerstrokes by using stainless steel vanes in the turbo.
