Although I have a tankless at our S&B, not sure I’d want one in an RV. If you’re on FHU all the time, might be alright but if not, the wasted water while waiting for hot could deplete your water supply quicker then necessary. I have endless hot water in our mh via the AquaHot, I’ve also never had a problem with the 6 or 10 gal water heater in other rv’s we’ve owned.
