I have never used this product. But every thing I read about it, it seems like it is the solution for somebody that is having problems with roof leaks. It is call Eternabond tape. They say once you apply this stuff that you never have to worry about the roof ever leaking again.
You can get it through the internet. It cost about a dollar a foot, but if it is as good as they say, it is well worth it.
