New at this site and already something familiar I hate to say. My alarm was going off pulled it out found it was full of water, from a plumbing leak in the shower valves directly above. Gulfstream designed in an access which allowed me to repair the leak. I still have to replace the alarm though, shorted out internally. Hope your root problem is different but this is what I found good luck.
