My 1998 Conquest Class C motorhome has rubber on top of straps holding up black and gray water tanks. Has anyone replaced this rubber. I believe it must be to keep from rubbing through plastic tanks. What are bolts that straps are anchored with screwed into? I cant tell and want to be careful removing straps so I don't mess up the bolt holes.
