Here's something to mull over. AZGAYLE said it backed up when the plumber back filled the black tank, if the toilet foot valve is closed and you pressurize the black tank with more force than can escape through the vent it will at least blow the water out of the sink traps. How was the back fill done and or is the vent plugged?
