Hello we are new members, who live in Massachusetts and looking for a Vintage Cruiser. Would like to know what upgrades were done on the 2020 from a 2017 19ERD. Is it better to buy a new VC or a used one in excellent condition. Look forward to responses. Thank you Toni Lyn
