Hi, I'm looking at buying a Vista Cruiser 23RSS.

The specs are almost perfect, but when I finally got to see it, the oven only has *maybe* 1 1/2 or 2 inches of space above the oven rack from what I can see. If that's right it can only be used for caseroles.

Am I missing somthing. Could you use cooking right on top of the sheet metal, or do you have to use the oven rack?
