Maybe a little more info? It is unusual for the water pump to be inaccessible. Most have access panels or clever ways to access. If yours is where you say it is, did you pull the cushions and seat panels in the slide out? Maybe it's actually in the space below your pantry next to the slide out, and there's a small panel (four screws) in front of it?
