Hook up your freshwater, turn it on, go inside the camper and make sure the by-pass valves are in the correct position, then turn on a hot water spigot. That will get rid of the air in the line and allow the freshwater tank to fill. Do NOT turn on any heat to the water heater until it is completely full.
