Originally, I blew out the water lines with my air compressor and a $7.99 adapter I bought on Amazon. Also, I ran the pump twice, about 10 seconds, to run all water out. I didn't feel comfortable about the pump so I wanted to run antifreeze through it. When I took the cap off the bypass hose, there was water in it, so I was glad I ran the antifreeze through. I left all of my valves and faucets open, so the antifreeze flushed all the lines and exited the camper. The air had taken care of all water lines except the by pass hose for the pump. Remember, if you do run antifreeze through the lines, bypass the hot water heater tank. Some people disconnect the intake hose to the water pump at the tank, if accessible, and run it through that way.
