Darby, I would recommend you contact a Gulf Stream servicing dealer and talk to them about getting this repaired under warranty. There is a fix and it should not take too long provided the service department is familar with the problem and known repair. It is basically a foam block the length of the room placed below the "D" seal to enable this block to seal against the Bulbb seal making the roof water tight. Good luck.
