I imagine this forum was started to ask other owners of like product for suggestions and comments on the same issues. It appears that is happening and there are a lot of great ideas/posts on the forum. Gulf Stream would not know of any forums posted unless they were sent a notification. They would also want to answer your questions direct with you and would need the last 6 digits of your vin # in order to look up the unit file.
