I have a 2004 Sunvoyager and the couch in it is terrible also. One thing I notice is the cushions want to slide out from the back. I am forever pushing the cushins back in. I have never had anyone sleep on it yet but the pull out bed looks terrible also. I am sure it won't be comfortable . I had a jack knife couch in my other motor home and it seemed much better. I don't think the one I have now will last very long until we replace it with something else.
