I am in absolute SHOCK !!

I was willing to drive to IN and wanted to do a factory tour on the BTCruiser before purchase.

In speaking with Michelle in Class C sales I was told "we never give factory tours on the class c's"

When I asked why, she stated "I don't know the reason, all I know is that we don't"

Now that I know that a tour is available, you can bet I'm going to contact someone else and try and do one. I want to see how this puppy is put together and where things are that you can't see.
