I have updated my sig block - thanks for the headsup. It is a 2003 Gulfstream Friendship 8408 quatro.

I am hoping that I can figure it out before running jumper wires - I am just not sure how the power source is not getting to that line - as the switch right next to it that controls a separate ceiling light works. its crazy.
