Default Quick method to determine if RV has been winterized?

I'm a new RV owner, my first (a Gulfstream Conquest 1990, as of yesterday , and our first freeze is due tomorrow. The previous owners said it has been winterized. Is there a way I can tell? I'm not sure I can pull getting it done so quickly (and I don't have a manual). Thanks.

Might be able to see residual pink antifreeze in the sinks or shower. Pull the drain plug on the water heater. Should be empty. If you can see the fresh water tank, it should be empty. If you have low point drains they might be open or if not, open them to see that there is no water present.
Good luck,
