Question newbie, help!!! Slides out!

we just got our beautifull sun voyager, but, we don't know too much how to operate many things, lol. Questions, to open the slide out we have to press the retracted botton on the console, simultaneasly with the switch, is this correct or we are doing it bad? because in this way we need two persons to open it.

Thanks

Default Slide operation

After moving the driver seat all the way forward, you should be able to just press the appropriate button for the slide in the back of the unit. There is no reason to press two buttons simultaneously. Sometimes the electrical switch under the driver seat gets a bent lever, so it doesn’t work properly so you may have to bend the lever a bit to get it to work again. Make sure that the circuit breakers haven’t tripped.

My 2007 GS requires my emergency brake to be set before I can operate the slides and/or jacks. I agree, using two switches to operate these systems reveals a problem. A search of your system online will probably find you a troubleshooting manual.
