Default 12 volt fridge

Anyone switch out their propane/electric fridge for a 12 volt? I’ve used my propane while driving for 3 years but I don’t want to continue doing it for several reasons, so I’m looking to make a change.
I watched several videos and I think I can handle the work, but just curious what others have done.

I put a 12 volt fridge in my 2003 Gulf Stream Sun Voyager. Was a piece of cake. I did run all new wires from battery to fridge, and installed a switch near entry door to turn it on and off.
It has more capacity due to no condenser inside fridge. And the roof vent is not needed.

Default Norcold work great

Replace our frig with a 12 volt Norcold 7.5 cubic foot. Had to remove the door to get the old one out and replacement in. It is 23.5” at the skinny side. I reused the roof vent area for solar wire runs. The unit runs quiet and efficiently. It is just slightly smaller then the old one but has more room inside.
