Question BT52191 roof water leak - will it delaminate?

Hi, I am looking at a gently used BT 5291 with the fibreglass roof. It did have a water leak and the inside ceiling panels show some stains but it all seems secure and no sag (yet). It looks like it came from a poorly installed satellite system.

I have read about the Azdel and not too worried about mold as it sounds like its all alum and won't rot?

My question is will the ceiling delmainate? is there still a wood layer in the inside celing that will start to sag? Thanks for any advice!!
