Best customer service EVER!
We bought a 2003 B+ in 3013. It had no paperwork. Gulfstream's parts Dept. researched part numbers and sent everything I needed when my husband cut a nearby tree and it fell the wrong way! They no longer sell directly to customers but, back then, they did. Everything fit perfectly and all the advice for "how to" was spot-on.
It would be wonderful if they would reinstate selling to individuals again because I have no one within an hour drive who can work on RVs and those places won't order parts unless they do the work.
