Default B-Tour 5291 Suspension

Has anyone had experiences (good or bad) improving the harsh ride of this critter. I'm waiting for cabinets or something else to break loose. Have 2006 E-450 chassis. Installed Bilstein shocks, not much improvement. Dealer and Gulfstream had no suggestions.
What about air bags?

I found that the best way to improve the ride is to weigh the vehicle than consult the tire manufacture (Michelin) to obtain the proper tire pressure for the front and rear tires. The ride improves dramatically. Owner of a BT 2006 24", Ford 450.
